Just one? Naomi looked like she was either pregnant with triplets or impregnated by an elephant. She delivered a healthy baby boy earlier this morning in Los Angeles.

Also, I’m beginning to wonder if she hasn’t pulled a Kristen-from-Days-of-Our-Lives and faked the pregnancy to get Liev to marry her without realizing pregnancies have to result in babies after nine months, forcing her into Kelly’s plotline from One Life to Live, in which she has to kidnap Babe’s baby (really, really poor forethought put into that character’s name, btw) so Kevin won’t leave her. If this is the case, she apparently hasn’t yet found a baby to steal, so she’s just keeps stuffing her shirts with bigger and more oddly shaped pillows. I find this scenario more appealing than actually being this hugely pregnant in July in Southern California.
