Here’s Mariah Carey performing at the 18th Annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards. You can see in her eyes how pissed she is that the show’s producers weren’t able to make her silhouette jewel-studded to match the microphone. That’s the most insincere smile I think I’ve ever seen.

I wonder if the inventor of the BeDazzler ever envisioned this.
Two things: 1. I think Mariah is no longer capable of genuine smiles, all that botox in the face and emptiness in the heart will do that to a girl.
2. I’m sure microphones such as this one were why the BeDazzler was invented in the first place. If only the inventor had lived to see the stuff of his wildest visionary dreams come to fruition. It makes me want to weep [sparkly] tears.
