Maybe they already are. But if they aren’t, I would totally love to be the one to friend-hook them up. They both seem like very down to earth moms… they both love the farmer’s market… and they both look beautiful without makeup. That might not seem like much to base a friendship on, but I’ve seen worse.

It’s so interesting to see someone else thinks this, too. They are strikingly similar, and I’ve often wondered if the two are friends because Liv Tyler starred in two movies with Ben Affleck (Armageddon and Jersey Girl) and one with his brother Casey Affleck (Lonesome Jim). Also, I’ve always wondered if they get confused for one another. Back when Jennifer Garner was in that TV show Signifcant Others and Liv Tyler was still fairly unknown, I used to confuse them all the time, because their facial features are similar–both have high cheekbones, dark hair, and full lips. I always think that if one of them were unavailable for a role, the other would be the next obvious casting choice. That’s a good thing, though, because I adore them both!
